A 2-bedroom hillside apartment with a pool, minutes from Patnem beach
A two-bedroom apartment on a hillside above Palolem, with an amazing sea and mountain view from the balcony and a shared swimming pool below. It's a 12-minute walk to Patnem beach and about a kilometre from Palolem beach itself - close enough for both, quiet enough to actually rest between them.
The space
One queen bedroom on the main floor and a second bedroom in the attic with a king bed - mind your head, the ceiling runs low up there. The living room has a floor mattress if a third guest needs a bed. The kitchen is a proper gas setup rather than a hot-plate afterthought, there's speedy WiFi and a dedicated workspace if you need to get anything done, and air conditioning for when the coast gets close and still.
The pool
Shared with the building, open 8am - 8pm. Swimwear only in the pool, and no food, drink or smoking at the poolside.

The whole apartment is yours - both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and balcony - plus shared access to the pool and beach path.

Very spacious house and all amenities are available. There was even Maggie packs made available. The host,Sufyan arranged mosquito repellent on request. Host is very humble, polite and caring. . He will ensure your stay is taken care and everything is seemless. Would highly recommend.

The view and the host were absolutely amazing. The host was extremely helpful, welcoming, and genuinely a very good person who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The clear sea view and the pool were definitely the highlights of the property. There are a few areas that could use some improvement, though. The kitchen could be better equipped, and the furniture could use some maintenance or upgrading. Having an AC in the attic room would also make a big difference, as the 1-ton AC in the living room wasn’t quite enough to cool both the living room and attic. The bathroom could use some attention as well, especially regarding the water supply issues we experienced. Overall, we had a good stay, and I genuinely hope that by the next time I visit, these things will be improved. The host is really great, and with a little work on the property, this place could offer an even better experience.

Had an amazing stay! Zak was super chill and really helpful throughout the trip. He helped us with local rickshaws, scooter rentals, and gave us great recommendations for places to check out. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great too. Overall, a 10/10 stay would definitely come back. Thanks, Zak!

Amazing host, great place, would highly recommend. Only issue could be that there is steep slope in reaching the society which could be of inconvenience to some people

The stay was amazing. Me and my friends had a lovely time here. WiFi did have some issues initially for few hours, but the host was very responsive and helpful and kept us updated, till it started working. Overall, a good place for a peaceful getaway with family and friends.
